伴随国际社会应对气候变化的政策与行动不断增强，我国愈发需要了解本国国情且通晓国外法律的涉外法治人才跻身于国际法律实务、抵御外部法律风险。这对气候变化法现有教学模式提出挑战。据此，在教学内容上，应当突破部门法“各自为政”的传统型知识讲授体系，有机整合不同法律部门、法律体系乃至相关学科中的气候变化法知识，以“先修法律基础课程+多学科合班授课”的模式传授知识。在教学方法上，建议采用融合教师领讲与学生参与的体验式教学法以及跨学科教学法，使学生能够透过法学视角剥离多学科中的气候变化法律议题，进而运用所学知识解决实际问题。
